Others want us to remain involved through corrective work, or to provide expert support through a formal dispute. These three options define the amount of professional involvement included, so there is never a misunderstanding about what is covered.
Silver
Inspection & Report
A complete independent flooring inspection for customers who primarily need professional findings, conclusions, documentation, and a written report.

What's Not Included
Silver concludes with delivery of the inspection report. It does not include ongoing post-report consultation, extensive contractor discussions after the report, review of completed corrective work, return inspections, post-correction testing, verification of corrective work, additional investigation after the report, or litigation / expert-witness support.

Correction & Verification
Everything in Silver, plus one return verification inspection to independently confirm that the identified conditions were properly corrected.

Scope & Fee
Platinum is a professional expert / dispute service. Deposition attendance / testimony, courtroom testimony, mediation or arbitration appearance, extensive document review beyond the included scope, consultation beyond the included hours, additional inspections, travel associated with litigation, significant additional investigation, additional reports / addenda, and specialized, destructive, or laboratory testing may be billed separately per the applicable expert-witness fee schedule.

Third-party laboratory testing and specialized testing are separate. When appropriate, laboratory fees may be paid directly to the laboratory or passed through at cost without markup.
